All bus ticket reservations made through our platform are subject to availability. Reservations are not confirmed until payment is received.

Cancellation policies:

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the scheduled departure time may receive a full refund, less a processing fee.
• Cancellations made between 24-48 hours before the scheduled departure time may receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled departure time are not eligible for a refund.
